The Times is a hard cryptic crossword to due. I got quite good at the Telegraph cryptic. I worked with a guy who did it every day. He coached me for ages on how to do it. That was a few years ago. It’s the lateral thinking with cryptic crosswords that exercises the brain.

I see now you have explained the second one. I assumed it was an English league club. I understood the clue you gave regarded the hidden. It makes me use my brain. Thank you for setting and explaining the clues. I will get better with practice

Good morning, how good it feels to be a LUFC supporter. The last two home games have shown how much the players suit 3-5-2 or 5-3-2. If we keep playing like this, it gives us a great chance to stay up 🤞

I totally agree, especially Wednesday. They gave everything to win that game. DCL, Nmecha, Bogle and Gudmunsson will be feeling their leg muscles. Farke needs to manage the two strikers minutes for sure. Use Justin to help the wing backs. Fingers crossed for at least a point

I can’t help thinking 🤔 the 49ers will cut and run, with a sell out to Red Bull. They will get a return on investment overnight. Not necessarily the amount of profit they would make if we were an established premiership club
