These "ICE" raids are just so bad and have such an impact on things for an issue that should be a non-issue. This article gives insight into how this is impacting the overall local economy. I have other local examples of friends that won't leave their house excpet to go to work.

The fact that I need to call and text my friends and people that do work for me that they are safe through these crazy raids in new Orleans right now pisses me off to no end. My housekeeper's neighbor is the young lady in the recent video being chased into her home.

As we were gone last week Seymour feels like we are going to abandon him. He's been in extra needy mode since we've returned. This is the routine spot he must be in at different times of day while I'm trying to work.

This evening after the gym and dinner we were productive. We pulled the tree and decorations out of the attic and put up the tree. Tomorrow evening if it's not raining too bad we may put up some outside decorations.

I don't enjoy the cold mornings we're having in New Orleans this week. It's 42f/6c plus humidity making the feel like much colder. So I'll wear this comfy union suit to keep warm and comfortable.

While waiting to board my flight home I'm enjoying the view of the young man sleeping. I question sleeping on the floor in an airport but the view is nice.

I enjoy watching the hummingbirds at my mom's place. It's the only place I remember seeing them stop and rest. Others bicker and bully each other away from the food .
