The DMV has had a few jury nullification instances recently. Grand juries have returned at least 8 "No True Bill" findings in favor of protesters the government wanted to charge with crimes since the start of this administration.

Honestly not trying to "well actually", but I've never thought of this as a "scale". In my brain it's more like type-1 error (false positive) and type-2 error (false negative) in statistics.
