We’re also losing someone at the end of the week to maternity leave. And another is leaving in January? How do they expect us to handle all the work? It takes at least a month to hire someone.

It’s so stupid to see messages from my manager about how we need to stay home if we’re sick but then my employer has this dumb “occurrence” system that punishes you for being sick.

Get me outta this nightmare.

The coworker had a lot of ADA restrictions and I actually do think they were violated. I work in healthcare. What kind of healthcare facility doesn’t let someone have access to a breathing treatment cause they got sick? A bad one.

But I can stop and appreciate small wins. Like my job now while difficult I have a really great manager. I have so much love for things in my life and wow I can take a minute to appreciate them.
