@tokimeki.blue has this which uses jetstream! Though I find it often disconnects so there's also a down to every 10 second refresh option which I find is much more reliable

Jimmy Wales actually has a small project based around this entire concept. It's basically "what if wikipedia, but we make it into social media". It goes as far as letting users with high trust scores moderate posts, such as hiding comments
