I've only eaten 2 so far: the brown sugar pecan & the pumpkin coffee cake. SO. GOOD. I'm trying to parse them out. :) All flavors sound good to me. Molasses cookies are a favorite of mine to make and eat.

I usually roast them w/olive oil until golden brown. Simple is best. Or, I'll make a shaved (raw) salad w/carrots & chickpeas + olive oil, lemon juice, & some vegan feta or pecorino cheese.
