Appearance Menu Mod, it has a whole lot of super useful tools, spawning npcs or objects, changing time/weather, etc. also the mod I use to make my old Vs into NPCs in new playthroughs

as for River, I liked him up until he started acting weird with the romance, even his quest line seems very butchered and i never did it but once tbh

my V couldn't be more different to Johnny, while Silverhand did change into a more rocker fashion style after he left the corps, she's still in the corpo style
