and because they don't really focus on his other losses and issues from City it comes across mostly as if Batman is Sad that the Jonkler basically offed himself which uh. sucks. lmao

I know it's not really on Conroy because Injustice 2 came out after this and his performance there was top form

he sounds almost entirely detached and I think that was on purpose but I don't think it was the right choice for this Batman in the fallout of City and what happens in this one. he should be vulnerable, uncertain, frustrated, yet more intent and focused than ever

instead he's just sort of a dick

I think it's a dual issue of knowing where it all goes, knowing about the whole "do ALL the side content to unlock the ending!" and the game sort of not having an intro? or at least a really fast paced one

Conroy's performance is also fine but I still think his direction was dogshit
