So much better than turkey! I've learned you really cannot have too many onions for this recipe. "Soften the onions for 5 mins" is a lie - 45 mins at least of just onions before the meat goes back in.

"We" built this tonight. It runs 100% offline with selectable ollama models and persists documents.
A web page with the title "Document Q&A System" that shows a form field for uploading documents, a list of available documents including 1 that is from the NIST, and an interface to ask a question and see an answer.
