Just finished Notes on a nervous planet by @matthaig.bsky.social and absolutely loved it. How our modern world, too fast and too connected, is making our brains anxious. It remind us how important it is to slow down, take a breath, and actually feel the world around us. Highly recommend !!!

Just finished reading Écrire sa vie by Marianne Chaillan. A thoughtful dive into determinism and freedom. Are we truly free, or just telling ourselves we are? Loved it.
