Unfortunately, no. One of the big challenges of O-glyco. There are cocktails of glycosidases that can work in concert (see DeGlycoMixII from NEB), but they are inefficient and don’t leave a mass signature. O-glycoproteases can cleave the peptide backbone at O-glycosites. But no PNGaseF equivalent.

Have you compared it to Inkscape? Any reasons why you may like Affinity better? We’ve been using Inkscape, so it would be a big lift to switch. I’m curious if Affinity offers things that may make it worth considering, though!

Updates include: drag and drop file upload, output directory selection, support of multiple MS levels, negative ion mode, fixing some bugs related to non-US keyboards/text formatting, mzML file support for the Ynaught module, and condensed or expanded charge state reporting in Ynaught.
