I actually had a lot of fun constructing a completely original murder mystery game. Lots of people got into the spirit by improv'ing as characters ranging from a Baroness to a Gangster. Great fun. And the group solved the mystery and found the bad guy! Hooray.

I think everyone should refer to their area of academic study as "my fandom".
