When that fucking fossil had the chance to raise the MW by 50% after his $15 proposal didn't adhere to the Byrd Rule, Manchin offered to co-sponsor a bill with enough GOP votes for cloture to raise it to $11, but he refused & it'll remain $7.25 until the next Democratic trifecta.
