you can get a couple of different NG+ weapons based on your gameplay style too, the lightsaber is a reward for killing more enemies using melee than shooting on your first run
if you think that's crazy wait until you see how you can get a golden pipe later on, or until you meet Princess Heart...

the built-in randomizer and different paths based on which decisions you take (not just Nemesis choices but also which places you visit first) makes the game very fun on replays, and also super ahead of its time

that's why it's still peak even today

been like 5 months since I even touched this game, jumped into battle hub and played a few matches to see if I still got it
