From my personal experience building Functional tools and then shutting in down, people really don't wanna pay a subscription for tools like these even if it helps their workflow a bit

Do you think that is really a result of efficiency? Large companies just have more of a "lead", bigger war chests so they can do well in spite of the complacency.

Really is. I do think the world will be more efficient if we had more smaller companies. There would be less wastage, more competition, thereby promoting better solutions for everything.

I always found that most people are used to transacting in USD. So they have a mental model of it along with their own currency. Now if you were to provide PPP thats different but I wonder if a currency toggle alone helps conversions.
