Last time I had it, it helped to alternate ibuprofen and acetaminophen on cool down if nothing else but to help sleep. Also if you don't have any, get a delivery of tissues, my sinuses ran like crazy. Also chapstick/ petroleum jelly to help with any chaffing around your nose.
