I spent 35 years fixing failing IT systems, last role Interim Head of Infrastructure for an NHS Trust.

Right now everyone’s on GLP-1 jabs. In 18–24 months the question will be how to maintain weight after stopping. The smart move is building natural GLP-1 support now. Protein, appetite retraining, metabolic health. Sustainable beats dependency.
