Any book folks out there ever seen this particular volume before? It’s a late nineteenth century gift book of Whittier’s poems. I haven’t been able to find another copy online. Curious what it distribution history is.

Made these cross-body bags for my daughter and I - added the straps during my lunch break. I hate sewing zippers but they turned out pretty good. Feeling accomplished going into the weekend. #sewing

My incredibly smart, and beautiful student athlete (competitive cheer) daughter will be graduating college this weekend with a BS in Biochemistry from Elmira College! She plans to attend grad school for athletic training.

We transplanted the perennials from our old house to the new one over the weekend (we moved from faculty housing on the north side to he south side) and did a little landscaping. this weekend. They are doing pretty well so far.

My own pattern using two color bee stitch. Size 7 US straight needles
CO 37 (mult 3+1)
Color A - knit garter stitch 1-2 inches
Color B - k1 *k1B, k1*
Color B - k
Color A - k2 *k1B, *k1, k1B* k last 2 sts
Color A - k
Repeat last 4 rows length desired
Finish with 1-2” garter stitch in color A
CO 37 (mult 3+1)
Color A - knit garter stitch 1-2 inches
Color B - k1 *k1B, k1*
Color B - k
Color A - k2 *k1B, *k1, k1B* k last 2 sts
