I don’t think so? I think as long as you have the global army membership you should be fine to enter through global lottery i think… but also i lived there and had a japanese phone number at the time so im not 100% sure

yeah i mean the tickets are a lot cheaper than they are at least in the US which is nice. If you have a friend in japan you should see if they can help you out too and possibly go together!! they are separate lotteries so more chances
