`Ctrl-D` (EOF) is a pretty safe bet for a lot of interactive prompts like bash or the Python repl. All hope for consistency is lost once you open a TUI app though.

Wait until you ask it to make sense of some XSLT. Threw a template at it and left more confused than when I started.

Most custom shift knobs I've seen are like generic katana hilts or 8 balls. That shifter is gorgeous!
