That is immediately what went through my head when I saw it. The Germans give us the BMW Krauser Domani, and the Brits give us the Sinclair C5. Granted the Sinclair did have a natty silver rain cape to go over top....and you could pedal it when it ran out of power (or went up a slight incline)
