“Sen. Marshall, here is a picture of him parking his golf cart on the putting green. How can you say he runs around the golf course?”

Wrong phrasing, because he will say something about how he works on the American people‘s priorities and not other matters. One cannot give these people openings. In this case, the reporter should start with a statement like “the speaker of the house is supposed to know these things.”

I lived in those suburbs until last year. They have been deeply red forever.

Which any real journalist would have told him and asked why he gave a number so far off what his chosen health secretary supported.

Can’t they subpoena him?

Can someone post every nine seconds without organized help? Also, it should be pointed out a cognitive assessment isn’t done unless the doctor sees cognitive problems.

I bet your article behind your paywall doesn’t include that popes wishes and proclamations rarely become real world actions.

Terrible question, because it says Trump’s grant might not have happened. Better: “Why did you grant the suspect asylum?”

Trump: “Ooh, a strongly worded resolution.”

If only I could find a guy who not only has “ . . . slick back hair . . . “ but who is also a copy editor.

Mad at the executive branch so he yells at the legislative branch? That doesn’t make sense.

He said this to consciously appease MAGA and/or Trump. Because Europe certainly isn’t buying it. So what does he personally gain?
November 24, 2025 at 8:36 PM
Actually, it’s easy. Compliment him, tell him something you claim will make him money, and he will love you.
November 22, 2025 at 2:35 AM
Translation of Trump’s remarks: “He complimented me and said my business could make money in his city (and that wins me over no matter what).”

Stop treating The New York Times as though it’s supposed to provide neutral news.

But they don’t care about their public popularity and trust. Framing them as anything but deserving of impeachment hurts the cause.
November 20, 2025 at 11:53 PM
Pretty amazing, people apparently still treat the Sunday shows seriously, since they don’t press their interviewees when journalists should.
November 20, 2025 at 5:12 PM
He doesn’t care.

A couple of things about this, even though nobody will read it because I’m the 491st comment: Republicans voted nearly unanimously, but Democrats voted unanimously. Also, Trump was a registered Democrat during most or all of the time he was with Epstein.
