I'd wanted to integrate the whole 4,7<->🪦 thing into a trick-taker for a while, but the first protos didn't quite kick off, so I shelved it at the time - I'll pick it back up sometime.
Also 💯, saying Enemy Anemone is fun, but doing so four times fast can be a challenge xD

Whenever I encounter foxes behaving like that (which could bear to happen more often, mind you!) I'm reminded of a moment at the beginning of The Lord of the Rings, when Tolkien describes a ruminating fox as passing through "on business of his own" 🦊 They sure have a presence!

There's also a lot of posible variations - for instance, I would say「英語ルールもありますか。」, which implies a bit more of the information, just because I'm not as familiar with the verb 付けます

I get where your coming from but, afaik, precisely with the ~る form of the verb, the rising intonation (indicated here by the question mark) makes it clear that it's a question 👍🏼
You could always do「英語のルールがついていますか。」for that extra bit of formality, though.
