Can you approach whoever is head of homeless services for Westminster Council? Might be more helpful to get a meeting with operational person, rather than politician? There must be a way to join forces with the different civil society orgs working in this part of London.

Have you thought about linking up with orgs working in this area? Museum of Homelessness, St Martins-in-the-Field come to mind. Or the bigger orgs like Crisis?

The UK Disasters Emergency Committee has a fund for Gaza, which is divided among the various international humanitarian agencies working there. The need is great:
