IMHO I'd say he has malignant narcissist traits. A dangerous man, who has been enabled to weld executive power.

Is the free zone, where the rare minerals are? I'll bet the US want to be in there, with a guarantee from the Russians not to interfere with their business activities.

If AMOC slows/stops then we could see -20 in winter and over 40 in summer. It could be Brits hitting the road and wanting access to boats.
