Leadership in the third sector is tough, but it’s the greatest privilege of my career.

• Boosted our national influence
• Protected vital mental health services in Edinburgh and won
• Built a culture that puts people first
• Become an open and values-led organisation

When I joined in 2021, we were a very different organisation. Since then we’ve:
• Rebranded
• Reached 10,000+ people a year
• Almost doubled income
• Grown services incl. CLWs, DBI and a full National Advice & Support Service

It’s so frustrating because I know the far right would use a ban to their advantage and yet… I still would want to! 😆
