103+40= 143
143*0.01= 1.43
1.43*450 HP= 643 dmg
643*0.04 resist= 25 dmg

At 119 STR, we should see:

119+40= 159
159*0.01= 1.59
1.59*450= 715
715*0.04= 28 dmg

However, when tested, both outcomes equal exactly 25, the same if Sora’s STR was 100
