Oh, I really don't think that's what she was suggesting. She was talking about personalities, not the game, if that makes sense?

And, to clarify, where the original post talks about bringing more female coaches through, that refers to opportunities across the whole game, not into the men's sphere - UK Coaching report suggests a 6% decline in female coaches since 2022, 15% in team sports.
