Did you get to meet them? I was born in the 60s and got a chance to get to know all 4 of those 1890's-born grandparents. Which is a gift.

A highlight for me was DVD walking by in the background when I was on a Zoom with his fab wife, Arlene. We didn't interact at all, but I was glowing just from having him "live" on my computer screen. With the fire in Malibu, my greatest concern is to evacuate national treasures DVD & Chris Martin.

I remember when you first shared the treatment and I sat there wondering, who is "DVD"? And then, of course, when I saw the rough cut, it was obvious. Thank you for inviting me in to a wonderful party.

My line comes down through William's son William (+Mercy Williams), too. Through their son Lt. Thomas Nickerson (married Mary Bangs), brother of Experience? My line was in Massachusetts, then New York, then they ended up in Ohio. My grandparents lived in South Dakota.
