Dutifully Voted for the guy who said "There is no case for Rejoining the Single Market", whilst simultaneously convinced that it was the Stupidest thing ever said by a Politician in my lifetime.
And we now have a Labour Government that are apparently happy with that state of affairs, - if it stops them upsetting Reform Voters ...

Yes, the talking 'proper' won't/can't start until Starmer at least says that he actually 'does' now see a case for rejoining the Single Market.
Whether he agrees with rejoining or not doesn't matter, he simply has to admit that the EU's crowning glory has some justification for its existence.

I feel seen, tbh, I only Voted Labour to unseat my local Tory (unsuccessfully), and even then I 'wobbled' towards the end, wondering if I really could Vote for someone who was dumb/Stupid/Blinkered enough to say that he couldn't see a case for rejoining the Single Market ... ?

We should stop calling them 'Graduates', that's too easy for Politicians to ignore.
We should call them 'Ordinary Working Graduates', - like 'people' are, - and then they might be significantly harder to ignore !
