I think an update of the expected return based on actual costs and an updated usage projection, would be interesting. Given how far usage has exceeded expectations, I'm sure it's very +ve but I would be interested in how much.

Some booking sites are bad but in general you can see availability and auto complete does most of the work.

Still better than booking over the phone. Jamie missed the parts where you called repeatedly at different times to find one when they actually answered, then shouted over a noisy restaurant, then tried to spell out your details 5 times.
