Just realized a thing about this scene from No Country For Old Men set in 1980.
It wasn't just a $.25 coin for peanuts. It was a sought out '58 silver; valued at $12 in '80.
1958 quarters hit a new high in '80.
That'd be about $30 in 2007 dollars (the film debut year)

My theory:
If someone hacked ICE agents' Spotify so that it only played Stephen Sondheim, ICE would become the Jets from West Side Story.
They'd still be racist... but they'd have to drop the guns, grenades, and body armor to land a perfect pirouette as duty requires.

Furthermore, Emily Meade & Deirdre O'Connell could do an entire series/film that jumps between time based on Francis Cobb's life through the years. It would be captivating. 🥹😍 They made a wonderful character.
