Blue Prince for puzzles, Coral Island for cozy Stardew Valley vibes, Long Dark if survival is more your thing, Dredge or Stray for the story (Cthulhu or cats!), Balatro or Circus Electrique for cards, Assassins Creed Valhalla for open world action, Dave the Diver for restaurant/ocean/farming etc
