FB 7 & 8 years ago memories of meeting Zoe Ball on the train home after November RCVS council meetings. Zoe is always so friendly and down-to-earth. It looks like we now share a bond to pancreatic cancer awareness, Zoe through her Mum’s very sad passing and my wife, Colette as a 10 year survivor.

FB 7 & 8 years ago memories of meeting Zoe Ball on the train home after November RCVS council meetings. Zoe is always so friendly and down-to-earth. It looks like we now share a bond to pancreatic cancer awareness, Zoe through her Mum’s very sad passing and my wife, Colette as a 10 year survivor.
Excellent random edifice in a magical leafy lane. One day we must bring a wee table & chairs, some nibbles, a bottle of wine and have lunch here.

BCVA Congress, representing BSAVA. Terrific experience with great discussions & talks. Couldn't resist photo opportunity with the amazing student BCVA stewards. Representing 8 vet schools across UK, eager to get into agricultural practice, they're a credit to our veterinary education system #BCVA

I'm glad to see my impromptu pep talk to the Aberdeen football players other day at BSAVA Alba must have helped. The team won their first game of the season on the weekend, beating Dundee 4-0. You're welcome, lads ;-)

Little Yogi had to be extracted from a brick he'd got his head stuck in. The brilliant team at Clyde Vet Group used a combination of muscle relaxant and lubricant to ease him back out safely.

The inquisitive kitten came out of the incident ‘unscathed’ after vets used a combination of muscle relaxant and lubricant to free him.

A plaque honours victims, women and men, of the Peebles witch trials (c.1629), where the church aided in accusing and executing many, including 27 in 1629 and 41 in Peeblesshire overall. In March 2022, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon formally apologised for the witch hunt atrocities.

Heartbroken that St Mungo’s Church and the Cottage Theatre in Cumbernauld have both burned down. These iconic places shaped my childhood, from school days and farewells at St Mungo’s to drama, bands, including Chou Pahrot & MacFloyd - music and memories at the theatre. Huge losses for the community
