I 100% agree that every human deserves a good quality home... like this one... but oops would you look at that? My town doesn't have land for any more of them because of the 1 acre zoning minimum. But you know what? Let's team up to ban PRIVATE EQUITY, CORPORATIONS, and BILLIONAIRES. That'll do it!

This is one of those good intentions that immediately becomes weaponized to ban SROs, apartments, and any form of housing that existing residents don't like.
