I need to get that under control immediately. It's destroying me. It hurts so much. I don't know how to handle it.

It feels like being pushed into space without anything to hold onto to stop or something to correct my course. I'm just floating through space, looking back at where I came from and what I did to be at this point.
I'm getting lost and I can't stop it.

So if I'm absent, seem off or don't answer pls understand that I'm currently fighting with myself 24/7 and that consumes a lot of my already low energy.
My life took many unexpected turns this year and I need to work all of this out with myself.
