Getting out of hand now.
Arms are aching. They aren't used to the trekking poles I've been using recently on my hikes. They have been vital for walking in pitch black darkness both as feelers to tell me if there is something in front of me and general stability for walking on ground I can't see.

In other news, I am playing MyVoiceZoo to see its potential for my English classes. I am using a different voice clipping of a Soprano's character saying OH! for each animal... I will later post the results of this experiment.

The data im bringing together is to serve as the environment for entities I create on the map of Florida such as populations of people and nomadic tribes in my civilization focused simulations, or individual organisms in an ecosystem simulation.

It will be using the same map as my Ingress analysis app. Thought of having the two data sets interacting with one another somehow for fun, e.g. populations growing in areas of stable fields and being decimated by the destruction of fields and portals.

Its been 3 days since I started bringing together terrain, sub-biome, and hydrography data into 14.7 x 14.7 meter cells covering the entirety of Florida in my app, & its still only half way done. This is for my own simulations I want to play around with for learning purposes.

Moving my life into the night and away from everyone was basically the last step of leaving humanity behind. Here I am comfortable.

I can't bond with people anymore nor do I crave it. All those things are gone forever. What's left is hollow pragmatism and depleted humanity, but my empathy and ethics are still there. Much that is gone is mostly the ability to feel certain things.

I have folders upon folders of photos and videos of when I was in China. But I rarely ever look at them. Again, they feel like someone else's memories. I think I died there. I'm not capable of having many of the emotions or feelings I did back then anymore.

And by pouncing, i mean i quietly walked to the little econ river in pitch black darkness once again. I heard sounds out there i've never heard in my life.

This particular player makes fields in this one spot and never expands anywhere else. But i noticed he neglected his fields yesterday, letting on collapse and leaving the rest hinged on one portal. So i pounced on the opportunity to isolate melbourne from Orlando.

Once more into the fray...
I am at a conflict of two of my rules. There are portals holding fields on my border that taking out is both in my interest and necessary to help an ally. So does that mean i can skirt my no drive rule? Maybe compromise by destroying it but not capturing.

The situation has become precarious. My legs need rest and i cannot find a kayak launch within driving reach that is open at all hours. Nothing can be done still daylight. Till then, i might go out and reinforce defenses by key farming and putting up hard to reach nested fields.
