Enterovirus encephalitis is a rare complication of anti-CD20 meds including rituximab and ocrelizumab that should be considered in pwMS on these therapies with new onset encephalopathy. It can be associated with hypogammaglobulinemia. www.neurology.org/doi/10.1212/...

Does β-blocker use influence motor-diagnosis onset and progression rates in pre-manifest and early motor-manifest Huntington disease? Apparently YES. Wow and why? Norepinephrine signaling? Diminishing sympathetic tone? Should we be prescribing pre-manifest HD?
