Stoke their #egos whilst pointing out their insecurities

The more their support bites at each others, the weaker they become as a whole

I’d be interested to know the outcome both short and long term of this approach is.

Personal experience for me suggests short and intensive would be brilliant for short term but potentially less effective for the long term in FND with a trauma background
