🌊 Recent storms have shown why the new sea wall matters – it helped protect the railway and allowed us to reopen the line much faster.

There's major disruption to services in and out of London Euston today because of an ongoing fire in a building above the railway. While some lines have safely reopened, others remain closed as we support the London Fire Brigade in their work to fully extinguish the fire. 🌉 A section of the West Coast Main Line reopened this month after we replaced a railway bridge taking it over the M6.

The new 130-metre, 4,200 tonne Clifton bridge will welcome trains across it and motor vehicles under it for the next 120 years.
