Whatever the outcome, either side will appeal. The adoption of a panel of judges means this is heading next to the Supreme Court

Protesting against far right groups is not "antisocial behaviour" and using these powers to gather intelligence because this is 'convenient' is yet another example of the utter lack of accountability of public order policing
