My dad, who is in the deep in the big Edwin back camp, said, "3 years would be perfect, 4...eh fine, 5 GTFO"

This is also insurance in case he leaves. If somebody offers the 5 years Edwin apparently wants, he is gone.

Somebody put grandpa in the retirement home and break his fucking phone. I didn't think I could ever loathe a person I've never met prior to the 2015-16 election cycle.

Speculation out the wazoo over there.

I was on Amazin' Avenue and saw it there. So shockingly not Twitter.

So it's probably just the NY Post doing their normal garbage reporting. Ugh.

Do you think this is a precursor to the Mets trading Lindor, like some in this fanbase seem to think? Because I would lose my mind.
November 29, 2025 at 3:33 AM
Thank god the Mets don't play tomorrow, so we don't have to hear Lindor, McNeil, and Soto comment on this article.
November 29, 2025 at 2:21 AM
And, McNeil seems to rub a lot of players the wrong way, while Lindor appears to be friends with 90% of the league and the vast majority of umpires.

If you are anti-Lindor after this article, I'm insta-blocking you. Don't need your negative vibes on my tl.

Also, Lindor and Soto put up All-Star/MVP-level production despite the "chilly relationship". The reason the 2025 died wasthat the pitching collapsed. I really need the NY Post to go bankrupt like tomorrow.
