Hard to say imo. In their case it's mostly just the same video beat for beat with no credit given back and jokes that weren't particularly trends seem to be the most egregious cases.

Yeah this isn't the first time they've been called out for their stealing of bits and jokes. I just think they got a bit lazy after a while when making content.
