Was interesting watching an outbreak movie set in a post-covid world. It made it feel more real. I mean, as real as a zombie movie can be 😂

That is a baby philodendron squamiferum! The leaves will end up the same shape as the Florida, and the 'fur' will turn red 😊

Oooh tough one! If I go by what I currently have in my tiny houseplant collection, it would probably be this Syngonium mojito or the Philodendron Florida (mainly because I nearly killed them during a tough time in 2024 🤣)

Every day this week I've woken up to a scene like this. Salem 🐱 knows that this is Rainy's 🐰 territory and she's living on borrowed time before she cops the grunt-charge-nip combo for trespassing 😂

#filmsky movie poster challenge - Cloverfield (2008). For someone who hates the traditional horror genre, I sure seem to have a fair amount of horror style movies on this list? The mix of Blair Witch style filming, the fear of the unknown and a good old fashioned end of the world scenario hits all the right notes for me. And yet, I've not watched the other two 😅

Okay #filmsky is there a thread floating around about movies that irrationally anger you? Because I'd like to add 'Last Sentinal' to it. It could have been a really cool thriller, but everyone asks stupid and then the ending. Ugh that ending 😡

#filmsky challenge - I watched Everthing Everywhere All At Once because I was obsessed with Michelle Yeoh. I expected fun. I did not expect it to hit me on such an emotional level - especially considering the way my own mother reacted to me coming out. I might have to watch it again. Also I know I'm totally failing at the purpose of posting these without comment but holy heck I didn't realise how much I love movies and I miss talking about them!

Look I know that Lord of the Rings: the Two Towers is probably considered the weakest movie out of the trilogy but I will die on this hill because 14 year old me LOVED that movie so much. Almost as much as I loved Eowyn 😘

Whoops, I forgot to pay the pet tax! This is my smoochy (and very naughty) bunny, Rainy. She's been with me since birth, and my youngest refused to part ways with her. Now she spends her days attacking the cats, eating cables or demanding snuggles 😂
Rainy the grey rabbit is an absolute menace of a creature, but she's so incredibly smoochy. In this picture, she's sitting on a fluffy pink cushion while I give her head pats. If I stop, she will start licking and head butting my hand until I pat her again 😂
