Wait, I bet Hegseth watched that one episode of #SlowHorses where that Duffy guy ordered "no survivors" and immediately had to take a turn on JD's sofa.

Yeah, it was really great! So many fun surprises to writers of both prose and lyrics and music. Ethan Hawk was pretty amazing, too.

I'm not saying you're wrong about there being millions of Americans who should be defending the USC, but you weren't specific at all. You just said "Americans" which suggests everyone. So, to me, you did "seem to say" that it was all of us.

I am no expert on paper but I think you are mistaken. Besides, I think there are a LOT more AI prompts being typed than words typed onto paper. As paper becomes less and less used, whatever amount of water and electricity paper uses up will become less and less relevant. Meanwhile, AI keeps going

Ah ok. Could be different from state to state or maybe they have to swear an oath to the state's constitution.

Why is there a Staples link at the bottom of my last comment?!?
November 28, 2025 at 10:05 PM
Well, here in lovely Washington Heights, NYC, I just walked 4 blocks to my local Staples. It was 42F and windy. The "feels like" temp was 32F. You know what the F stands for.

It's a shame you're missing out on the warmer weather! 🤣

I didn't know that! Thank you. Is that true for just Federal or also with states?
November 28, 2025 at 9:05 AM
It’s hardly an “average American Thanksgiving” but I get that you mean that ironically. It’s a shame Native Americans/First Nationss folks didn’t have a big, organized government that could have banned European’s from invading the continent back in 1492.
November 28, 2025 at 7:03 AM
OK, but @solarjedimaster.bsky.social seemed to be saying that all Americans are supposed to defend the Constitution. How is it relevant whether you are naturalized or not when all citizens are not expected to defend the Constitution because it’s actually the job of elected leaders to do that?
November 28, 2025 at 6:56 AM
I wonder how much drinkable water and electricity was used for that question. A lot of folks don’t know that AI plows through a LOT of electricity and then water to cool down the servers. AI also pollutes our air. Read more about it all in this MIT paper: www.technologyreview.com/2025/05/20/1...
We did the math on AI’s energy footprint. Here’s the story you haven’t heard.
The emissions from individual AI text, image, and video queries seem small—until you add up what the industry isn’t tracking and consider where it’s heading next.

My response to AI would be: you have no mouth, so shut the fuck up.
November 28, 2025 at 6:23 AM
Anybody know how impeaching senators and congresspeople works? We gotta get that ball rolling. This has gone farther than far enough.
November 28, 2025 at 6:15 AM
Americans aren’t required to swear and oath to protect the Constitution. That’s something our elected leaders in government do. All we’re supposed to do as good citizens is follow the law, be educated and vote for the people we think should be leaders. Oh and pay taxes and show up for jury duty.

Is anyone saying they can't make an algorithm or share the data it spouts out?

If you use a hammer to build a house, it's fine. Use a hammer to hurt someone? It becomes a criminal act

RealPage needs to get a real clue and stop letting landlords to be sh!tty to the ppl who are effectively customers

I mean, most of them were slave owners, right? They were all ok with letting slavery stay. Ron't know that I'd be bragging too much about them.

I guess we should be happy he still wants a trial for the people whose free speech he does not like.
November 20, 2025 at 8:21 PM
So where is the fallout? I keep reading/hearing about how Trump is weak and making mistakes and suffering from dementia and yet, he's still sitting pretty. When will Republicans start listening to their supporters and get Trump out?!? What are they waiting for?!?
November 20, 2025 at 6:04 PM
"Their words cannot be allowed to stand"?!?

So Trump really doesn't give a sh!t about free speech, does he?

I'm also a little surprised that he knows it's "cannot" and not "can not".
November 20, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Does anyone ever ask this guy if we might have good reason to "get the president"?

Like, oh, I don't know, all the back and forth on tariffs, all the general chaos and extrajudicial killing and invading of American cities, disappearing ppl, gaslighting and... how long does this list need to be?
November 20, 2025 at 5:51 PM
It's ridiculous to call this a press conference. No hard q's. Not enough embarrassing of the Saudi prince

Reporters need to just stop reporting on Trump directly. Just read his tweets and any statements the WH puts out. Keep reporting in general, but stop giving him face time. He loves face time
