got a basic (plan,percieve, action) robot in an adjacency grid set up - working on representations, want to make real

thinking about doing a small robotics project, not sure a robot navigating or like go from a to b could be fun (sensors and actuators could be fun with async rust)

Yay! had to do some investigations to linear programming and some investigations into edge detection but was fun!

Utilized a similar result kinda from bellman forward and partitioned state into simple transitions, and then with accumulator.
