I talk about stuff on the internet.
The President can fire anyone he likes. Civil service "protections" are also against the Constitution. Do not mistake something that has simply never been tested for something that would withstand court scrutiny.

Anyone who would participate in such a corrupt and illegal enterprise has no place in government. Jack Smith had no legal standing.

Sorry. Reality. Still a thing. Denying it, no effect.
November 23, 2024 at 1:08 AM
Spoken like someone who's actually interacted with such people. Not being able to go two sentences without mentioning Jews, blaming every calamity and misfortune under the sun on Jews, Jews as the source and inspiration of every triviality. The notion of them liking Jews and/or Israel is absurd.
November 23, 2024 at 1:08 AM
They believe this of any and all who do not accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior. Jews, Catholics, Zoroastrians, Buddhists, all. It's not a race thing.
November 23, 2024 at 1:05 AM
Reality is not a troll. Just because you do not like it, does not make it so.
November 23, 2024 at 1:04 AM
Denying reality will not alter it. It is stubborn that way.
November 23, 2024 at 1:03 AM
The "closet antisemite" is not a Christian. He is lying to others. You can not survive among that sub-culture and have any positive feelings for Jews. You are just being silly.
November 23, 2024 at 1:03 AM
It's as if you know nothing of Christianity. You can call yourself a thing, it does not make it so. White nationalists of a religious bent think Jews killed Christ and accursed. Hating others because of race is incompatible with all major sects of Christianity, evangelical Christians included.
November 23, 2024 at 1:01 AM
As if it did that at all.
November 23, 2024 at 12:58 AM
He's not wrong. The way it turned out he was probably getting everybody except: Murkowski, Collins, McConnell and Curtis. Unfortunately, those 4 are dug in so hard it is difficult to see any of the 4 changing to yes and CERTAINLY not in any practical timeframe. 53 - 4 = 49. Best to move on.
November 22, 2024 at 6:15 PM
Sorry. Did not. You seem to think these people support Israel. Try again.
November 22, 2024 at 6:12 PM
Sorry. Reality. It's a very stubborn thing.
November 22, 2024 at 6:10 PM
I don't care where the ICC is. It is an illegitimate body as far as the United States is concerned. Such a body should be condemned and those associated with it sanctioned.
November 22, 2024 at 6:10 PM
Awww, he deleted it. 😀
November 22, 2024 at 6:07 PM
Dude... You boomered up a post with no sound? Come on.
November 22, 2024 at 6:06 PM
Sorry. The president can terminate the Attorney General at will. That is zero independence. Any power the AG exercises comes exclusively from the president and nowhere else.
November 22, 2024 at 6:05 PM
He may not be the President's personal lawyer but he must follow all orders, policies and directives of the president. If he does not, the president can fire him at will. So much for "independence."
November 22, 2024 at 6:04 PM
Nor should Dana be interested in politics. It's a dirty corrupt business. He should stick to his trade as a fight promoter. A far less corrupt and crooked profession.
November 22, 2024 at 5:46 PM
Rob what? Congress robbed it decades ago.
November 22, 2024 at 5:45 PM
He's a good guest on Timcast usually. He should podcast for a while before diving back into government.
November 22, 2024 at 5:41 PM
Because it is not. The Attorney General of the United States serves at the pleasure of the President of the United States. A president could fire an attorney general merely because he doesn't like the color of his tie. The Constitution invests all executive power in the president.
November 22, 2024 at 5:39 PM
The Department of Justice is an executive branch agency. The beliefs of J. Edgar Hoover do not override the Constitution. It is NOT independent of the President of the United States. ALL it's power is derived from his.
