The evolution of a Discord server I founded really just became Not My Vision & a social internet trashcan, unfortunately scaring off my plan to coordinate a productive chill-zone that was audio & gamedev industry-vet-friendly.

every time i have east west or universal audio products open for more than two hours....

I feel like from a distance this whiteboard totally would be the kind of thing to see in a 128x128 DDS texture somewhere, maybe I do just stash a photo to hide it in xeno somewhere as mad scientist ramblings

One of my longer-term projects, I'm working on recapturing the audio production of early 80s-90s mecha anime & using semi modular synthesis to create the audio. Already posted snippets on X/YT but here's a new clip. I recorded about ~1hr worth & will release it shortly as a free sample/sfx library

Patlabor 2 is hands down my favorite animated film! I watched through it with Sean and the VKMT lads back in 2021 and so much of that film is rent free from the narrative to the animation to the amazing musical score

okay it was actually pretty delicious.
I had to redo the meringue as a second batch, so it didn't really cook with the pastry as one go, and so wasn't firm all the way through, only on the outside.

when I was about 6-7, my dad would walk me to school on his way to working at my folks' record store, and every other day (until my mum found out lol) we would get pancakes. one of my favourite memories together
