My mum and grandma have amazing skin without much products so like aside from pimples as a teen and periods my skin has been quite good too, it’s only say the past few years I’ve been trying more products out and making sure I use them

😂😂😂 got a partial refund bc tbqh they were making a crazy fuss on a full refund and it wouldn’t work online despite them saying it would so I gave up and settled for that. Will just condition and clean them up and wear shit out of them. Will be breaking them in around the house

They justified it by saying some items they don’t have enough stock and sizes so they send out display pairs…you could deadass be paying full price for something everyone’s tried on and ruined

I don’t even mind returning them if I can get a refund but nope. Just wiped them and said good luck. Spoke to the customer service chat yesterday they say take them in, I do and they wipe them with a disinfectant wipe 😂 will just tell them again what happened bc that’s so????

Can’t swap them bc they don’t have the size or colour here, won’t return them, just ggs we wiped them good luck. I spoke to customer service prior hoping to try settle something online and they said take them to the store, done that and zilch. Will just contact them again bc that’s so???

They wouldn’t say anything about a refund when I asked presumably bc they were on sale I’d at least like idk a partial refund back bc it’s just crazy to me that people send dirty stuff out in the first place.

Nope, can’t and won’t swap them bc they don’t have the size or colour here unless I try another store in my state that does I talked to customer service online and they said to take them in, honestly not happy so I’ll contact them again
