I've seen a lot of ppl talk about how we simply... shouldn't care much about Celeborn because Tolkien himself wasn't able to make him interesting. Re-reading the chapter in Unfinished Tales on Galadriel and Celeborn for fic purposes, if anything, I really disagree with that statement. Here's why. 🧵

eu realmente quero entender o que teve de repetitivo no confronto da gal com o sauron. o duelo literalmente já começa com ele desejando o nenya e é só uma vez que ele fala pra gal sobre ter se aliado a ele, e nem oferece, só fala o que ela "perdeu". a batalha é boa demais
